You all looked sooooo beautiful and Jim was very dashing in his tux! I'm glad to hear you guys made it home safe and sound. Also, I guess Anthony decided to fill you in on your new God son's name! I kind of wanted it be a surprise, but o-well. We're not ones to keep secrets very well! Wouldn't it have been awesome if Grace jammed with Stevie Wonder!?!? I'm sure being there was just enough awesomness to experience for one life time! I'm proud and thrilled you all had such a great time and got to be a part of such a wonderful time in our history!
We are one very lucky Kansas City family who had the distinct honor of hosting then Senator Barack Obama in our home on August 25th, the night of Michelle Obama's speech at the Democratic National Convention. Since that night, our lives have changed in many ways. Our Hannah voted in her first Presidential election. We have all volunteered in some way for the campaign. Now we have the extreme good fortune of being invited by the President Inaugural Committee to join the "Whistle Stop Train Tour" and various events leading up to and including the inauguration.
Only one word...WOW. Glad you're home safe. Get some rest!
